We're aware that some players are experiencing infinite loading issues (as pictured here).
The team is aware of the problem and we're currently working on a fix. In the meantime, feel free to file a ticket so we can notify you when the issue is fixed and to stay up to date about the situation!
NOTE: Several players have claimed the following solution has worked for them, which pertains to white listing SOS through your firewall:
Step 1: Open the your Control Panel
Step 2: Select Windows firewall
Step 3: Click "allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall"
Step 4: Click "change setting"
Step 5: Click "allow other app"
Step 6: Click "Browse" and select SOS's exe and confirm.
Step 7: Click "internet type" and check all the options, confirm, and then re-run the game again.
If you’re encountering a “RUNTIME REQUEST FAILED” error despite your network and firewall configured correctly, you may be able to resolve it by opening up
and adding the following block of text to the bottom:
(That is the temporary work around to the infinite loading issue)
This fix may not work for everyone.
